Supervision & Coordination of Works

Our contractor's extensive experience allows us to make the works process reliable.

Works preparation

In this crucial phase, we are oversee:

 

  • The contractor's tendering and contracting process

  • Taking out insurance policies

  • The organization and monitoring of neighbors proceedings

 

Works supervision

In addition to the due reporting, we provide:

Relations with third parties

Landlord - Tenant Relations
