Senior Consultant & Founder
A multilingual engineer, Alex has 25 years of experience with major construction companies: Bouygues Bâtiment International and Vinci Construction.
Alex has built numerous hotel, office,
of shopping centers and residential in Design & Build
or in CPI, particularly for Anglo-Saxon clients,
Germans or Singaporeans.
Alex founded his consulting business in 2020 and his role is to develop client relationships and manage the firm.
Guarantor of Corner Stone's services, he is personally involved in each project.
Commitment and good humor are values that he likes to share around a rugby or a tennis game.

THOMAS VILLERMAIN - LÉCOLLIER
Project Manager
After an initial career on construction sites, Thomas wanted to add Asset Management to his training.
Thomas brings this dual skill set to the projects he manages and provides bespoke responsiveness to our clients.
His role is to develop opportunity studies and coordinate projects design and production teams.
A marathon runner, Thomas likes to take on challenges with tenacity and values harmonious relationships.

Junior Project Manager
With a dual degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Management, Jessica works primarily on the Project Management Office aspects.
Jessica brings her energy and thoroughness in particular to the tender process, financial reporting, coordination of consultants and contractors.
This hyperactive person is involved in charitable associations helping engineering students finance their studies.

EDOUARD DENNEULIN
Senior Consultant & Associate Expert
Edouard began his career in 2006 at Bouygues Bâtiment International. For 12 years, he developed the group's activities in Nigeria, Ghana, and then the Philippines and Japan.
After 3 years as RE developper by Bouygues Immobilier , Edouard founded Wome Partner in 2021 and since then develops his own hotel projects.
He provides hotel development consulting and project management services in close partnership with Corner Stone. He challenges us on the scenarios we develop and establishes the forecast BPs for our feasibility studies.
A former national-level basketball player, Edouard brings his taste for challenge and team spirit to the projects we carry out together.

MARC PRAGER
Expert in Hotel development and management
Marc Prager is an expert with 30 years of experience in
management, investment and hotel development.
He trained at the prestigious EHL Hotel Business School in Switzerland and the IE Business School in Madrid.
Marc has worked with CEOs, investors and industry leaders to help them turn ambitious hospitality and leisure projects into thriving successes.
He brought together architects, financiers, hotel technology specialists, brokers, chefs and legal and tax advisors to best meet the needs of his clients.
